Here at Community Care Choice we pride ourselves in having a pretty unique staffing policy. Our staff undergoes rigorous disclosure checks, and are screened thoroughly before being allowed to provide a service on behalf of Community Care Choice.

Our staff are experienced and trained to provide personal care assistance in many different areas. We have trained nurses to provide specialist nursing support, and many of our care workers are trained in their own specialist areas such as palliative care, Huntingdon’s Disease, Autism and many other areas.

Our service users will have two specially assigned carers to ensure continuity of care. They see the same two carers on a regular basis and this ensures that even on holidays you will see a familiar face.
