What can Community Care Choice Ltd do for me?
Community Care Choice Ltd provides a wide range of services that include Personal, Domestic and Social Care. We integrate with other professionals and outside Agencies in order to provide a service tailored to meet the individual needs of the Service User.

Who decides what level of care I need?
Each individual’s needs are assessed in conjunction with themselves and their families to provide an individual Package of Care appropriate to the Service User.

What happens if I don’t like my Carer?
While the Care Manager endeavours to match the Service User to the Carer, we realise that sometimes things just don’t work out. In these circumstances we are more than happy to replace the Carer with someone more suitable.

What happens if my Carer is off sick or on holiday?
If your carer is off sick or on holiday, he/she will always be replaced and we will inform you as soon as possible. Your Carer will be introduced where possible.
